• structural diagrams of the current condition
• safety assessment report
• identification of any structural issues and estimation of minimum safety intervention costs, if necessary

Delivery Time
15 working days from the date of the on-site inspection and structural survey (see point 1).
Delivery Method
All documents will be digitally signed and sent to the email or certified email address provided at registration.
Required Documents
To carry out the DGcert® Structural Safety Assessment, the following are required:
- Signed copy of the identity document of the property owner and/or legal representative of the owning company
- Lease agreement or ownership title
- Mobile phone number and email address of the owner
- Any available documentation relating to the static testing of the building
Issue Resolution
If any structural issues are identified, we will provide the most efficient and cost-effective technical solution to resolve the problem.
