In the picturesque village of Montalcino, Tuscany, we provided technical advisory services to support the acquisition of a high-end villa on behalf of an international client.
The due diligence process included planning and cadastral checks. These activities led to the identification of several issues, which were resolved before the transaction with our technical support.
Further Services Provided
We also developed for a feasibility study converting the villa into a holiday rental.
The report, including CAPEX estimates (investment estimation for renovation works), provided the client with all the information needed to plan the project and launch the hospitality business.
