We conducted a Due Diligence to verify the property’s planning and cadastral compliance.
The analysis revealed several critical issues, which we managed and resolved before the purchase was finalised.
Further Services Provided
As part of our service, we also prepared a Feasibility Study to evaluate the client’s proposed transformation works.
The report included a detailed estimate of CAPEX (capital expenditures) associated with the planned interventions. This approach allowed the client to plan the investment with confidence, supported by clear and reliable technical data and cost projections.
