We conducted a due diligence on Villa Camarella, one of the most iconic properties on the island of Capri.
Built in the 1940s by film director Carlo Ludovico Bragaglia, the villa is a rare example of refined residential architecture.
The technical assessments carried out during the acquisition process aimed to verify planning and cadastral compliance, and to assess the overall maintenance condition of the property in order to identify potential issues.

We also carried out the feasibility study for the transformation of the villa into a high-end hospitality facility
The assignment was completed with the preparation of detailed cost estimates to quantify the investments required for the enhancement works.
