Just outside Asti, in the heart of the Monferrato region—renowned for its culinary heritage and rolling landscapes—we assisted a hospitality entrepreneur in acquiring a turn-of-the-century villa. The property, long unoccupied, is intended to become a boutique inn with an adjoining restaurant, set in a territory deeply rooted in food, wine, and rural tradition.
Our team performed the Due Diligence, the Feasibility Study and Total Home Inspection, ensuring comprehensive technical support at all stages of the operation.
Due Diligence verified the urban planning, building and cadastral regularity of the property. The maintenance status of the villa, on the other hand, was analyzed through the Total Home Inspection service.
Further Services Provided
In the second phase, we produced a Feasibility Study to support the hospitality conversion project, including a detailed CAPEX estimate to help quantify the investment required for the enhancement of the property.
