Once a fortified estate owned by landowners, it has been converted into an elegant hospitality venue
The due diligence process verified the property’s planning and cadastral compliance.
It also identified several maintenance-related issues, which were addressed before the acquisition
Further Services Provided
We also developed a feasibility study for the renovation and extension of the property.
The analysis focused on increasing guest capacity and enhancing the outdoor areas.
The report included a detailed CAPEX estimate (Capital Expenditure – estimate of the investment required for planned works), providing the client with a solid foundation to optimise the profitability of the project.
