Our team carried out a technical Due Diligence on a historic, long-abandoned country house in Amalfi, set in a breathtaking panoramic position overlooking the Amalfi Coast.
The assessment included the verification of planning and cadastral compliance, as well as the structural condition of the building.
In addition, we developed a tailored Feasibility Study for the recovery and functional transformation of the building, including a detailed investment estimate . The proposed transformation was designed in full respect of the landscape constraints and unique characteristics of this extraordinary coastal area.
