Our team carried out a Due Diligence, aimed at identifying any planning, cadastral or building code non-conformities.
We also performed a Total Home Inspection, assessing the maintenance condition of the apartment and the functionality of its electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
The inspection highlighted a number of upgrades required, and we provided a detailed cost estimate to guide the investment decision.
To complete the process, we developed a Feasibility Study for the conversion of the apartment into a short-term rental unit with enhanced comfort and usability.
Finally, we delivered a market value assessment in line with international standards, helping the client plan the investment with a clear understanding of the asset’s worth.
