In the hilltop village of Cermignano, nestled within the Gran Sasso National Park in Abruzzo, we supported a couple from the United States in acquiring a newly built country house, still under construction at the time of purchase.
Set in a panoramic position with open views of the Gran Sasso massif, the house was chosen as a second home by the clients—whose grandparents had emigrated from the area and who wished to reconnect with their family roots.
Our team carried out a Real Estate Due Diligence and the Feasibility Study to verify the project’s planning and building compliance, by comparing the works already completed with the approved permits and technical documentation

We also delivered a Feasibility Study to evaluate the remaining construction works and provide a clear framework for completing the property in full compliance with local regulations. The house was designed with energy efficiency criteria and full respect for the surrounding landscape, making it an ideal long-term investment and family retreat
