Our team performed a full DGcert® service package including Real Estate Due Diligence, Total Home Inspection, and a Feasibility Study, providing a comprehensive assessment of a site with complex landscape constraints and environmental protection regulations
The Due Diligence verified the property’s planning and cadastral compliance, ensuring consistency between its current condition and the approved permits.
Through the Total Home Inspection, we assessed the villa’s maintenance condition and identified critical issues in the systems, estimating the associated upgrade costs.
