In the rolling countryside of San Severino Marche, we carried out a Due Diligence and Feasibility Study on a rural property intended for conversion into a countryside hospitality business

The Due Diligence focused on verifying the property’s planning and cadastral compliance,  ensuring alignment with applicable Italian regulations  and identifying any non-conformities that could affect future development .
We also prepared a tailored Feasibility Study to assess the compatibility of the client’s project with planning rules and to estimate the renovation costs required to covert the building for agritourism accommodation.
