DGcert® Total Home Inspection

DGcert® Total Home Inspection is the service that assesses the overall maintenance condition of the property, its structures and systems, and identifies any existing problems in order to estimate the cost of necessary repairs or adjustments.
The report will cover the following elements:
• Indoor areas and outdoor spaces
• Windows and doors
• Electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
• Structural components

DGcert® Total Home Inspection is available for properties up to 100 sqm in surface area and can be purchased exclusively as an additional service to the DGcert® Due Diligence. It is not available as a standalone product.

If your property does not fall within these parameters, please send us your request and we will provide you with a personalized quote, which you can purchase online.

The DGcert® Total Home Inspection service includes:

  1. On-site inspection of the property

  2. Verification of the absence of major issues in the systems (electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, wastewater disposal)

  3. Evaluation of the general maintenance condition of the property (including any water infiltration or maintenance deficiencies) and of the structures based on a visual survey of the building

  4. Identification of the interventions required to address the detected issues and estimation of the related costs

  5. Preparation of the report with the results of the analysis

Once the order is completed, an engineer assigned to your case will contact you via email with the delegation form to be signed and a list of the documents required to proceed.
As soon as we receive all the requested documentation, you will receive a confirmation email along with the administrative cost breakdown, which must be paid to the competent authorities to allow us to proceed with document retrieval.

Fees and duties charged by public offices to access official records necessary for the analysis are not included in the price of the service.

The on-site inspection will be scheduled after we have correctly received all documents listed in the “Required Documents” section.

Delivery time:
10 working days from the date of the on-site inspection indicated in point 1.

Delivery method:
The report will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Required documents:
To carry out the Total Home Inspection, the following documents are required:
• Declarations of compliance of the existing systems with technical annexes
• Full copy of the Certified Certificate of Habitability (Segnalazione Certificata di Agibilità)
• Discharge authorization, if applicable
• Copies of the most recent utility bills

Issue resolution:
If any issues are detected during the inspection, we will propose the most efficient and cost-effective technical solution to address them.

Important note:
The DGcert® Total Home Inspection service can only be purchased in combination with the DGcert® Due Diligence, as it represents a technical and operational extension of the preliminary verification of the property’s legal compliance.
