In Umbria, we supported an international client in the acquisition of a villa already used as a holiday home.
The property is located in Montone, one of the most authentic medieval villages in the region.
As part of the technical Due Diligence, we examined the property’s planning and cadastral compliance, identifying several building irregularities that were resolved before the transaction.
Through the Total Home Inspection, we also assessed the overall maintenance condition and the functionality of the existing systems.
The analysis aimed to detect hidden defects and non-visible technical issues that could have led to unexpected costs after the purchase.
Further Services Provided
We also developed a Feasibility Study to evaluate specific improvements requested by the client and confirm their feasibility under local regulations. The report included a CAPEX estimate (Capital Expenditure – investment estimation for renovation works), supporting the effective planning of the investment.
