The technical advisory concerned the drafting of a technical Due Diligence on a single-family villa located in Castellana Grotte, in the scenic setting of the Valle d’Itria, in Puglia.
The assignment, commissioned by an international client, aimed to identify potential building irregularities and hidden defects prior to the transaction.
The Due Diligence focused on verifying the property’s planning and cadastral compliance, in accordance with applicable regulations.
We also carried out a Total Home Inspection to evaluate the overall maintenance condition and the functionality of the existing systems
